1. Evaporation function of the evaporator.
As shown in the diagram install heat transfer pipe inside the sealed tank with .refrigerant (water) to let chilled water flow, and maintain the vacuum of about 6.5 mm Hg inside the tank to let refrigerant evaporate at 50 C, by which the chilled water inside heat transfer pipe shall cool down.
2. Absorber’s absorption function
When evaporation continues in the evaporator, steam pressure increase little by little to make evaporation temperature rise accordingly. When connecting the tank (absorber) with Lithium Bromide solution to the evaporator, the evaporated refrigerant shall be absorbed in Lithium Bromide solution to maintain the constant evaporation pressure and temperature. To remove the absorption heat make when absorbing refrigerant vapor, install heat transfer pipe inside the absorber to let cooling water flow.
3. Generation function of the diluted solution (First stage generator and second stage generators
Continue the absorption to dilute Lithium Bromide solution density little by which may cause the absorption function stop. Therefore concentrate the solution as follows.

Send the diluted solution of the absorber to First stage generator and Second stage generator respectively. The diluted solution, which has been sent to First stage generator, generates high temperature refrigerant vapor by the burner’s heat and then concentrates. High temperature refrigerant vapor made the First stage generator flows inside heat transfer pipe of Second stage generator to heat and concentrate the diluted solution which has sent to Second stage generator.
4. Evaporated refrigerant vapor’s condensation (Condenser)
Both refrigerant vapor by Second stage generator and the refrigerant condensed inside heat transfer pipe of Second stage generator shall flow into the condenser and completely cool down and be condensed by the cooling water inside heat transfer pipe and return to the evaporator. Then the refrigerant solution shall evaporate again to continue to cool down.
